Each employee's scans are saved separately — if you share a phone, everyone signs in with their own name and exports their own file.
Warehouse and Store have separate lists, but one exported file includes both of your lists.
Counting over 2–3 days? No problem — just keep using the same phone/browser without tapping "Reset," and your count will keep adding up across days automatically. Only export the file once, at the very end, when this device's counting is fully finished. If you switch to a different phone partway through, export from the old phone first, then continue counting only the items not yet covered on the new one — both files can be merged together later.

"Diff" = (Warehouse count + Store count) − System (recorded quantity). This is based on the moment this CSV was exported.
The final Excel file is saved in the order: UPC Number / Manufact SKU / Item Description / Warehouse / Store / System / Warehouse Last Scan / Store Last Scan / Warehouse Scanned By / Store Scanned By.
